As a life strategist and holistic career transition coach, Lisa assists her clients with the many changes and challenges they face at different milestones in their lives. Our jobs, life's work impacts so many aspects of our lives so it is important that we invest in what makes us feel like we're contributing at our highest level and meeting our needs so that we can maintain balance and live with joy. This includes assessments, the development of communication tools, wellness and life balance indicators, concrete exercises to set goals and determine strategies for moving forward and counseling to help navigate through whatever challenges are presenting.
